For example, if you have a headache, the cause may stem from sinus congestion and pressure in your ears. Therefore, by stimulating certain points on your face, you can relieve symptoms of headaches and migraines, colds and flu, sinusitis, ear problems, neck and shoulder tension, etc.

You will lie down comfortably, and your therapist will begin with some gentle stroking movements before massaging the main reflex points around your eyes, nose, and mouth. You may also apply some gentle pressure to areas under your eyes or around your cheekbones. The treatment should be relaxing, but it is not uncommon for clients to experience some slight discomfort during the treatment as toxins are being released from the body. With this connection, face reflexology can relieve different health conditions such as:
